The Birmingham Law Society was established on the 3rd January 1818 starting with 19 individual members. We are now the largest local law society in the country representing over 2,500 solicitors in 300 practices in Birmingham and the Greater West Midlands area.

Birmingham Law Society provides a wide range of facilities for its members including Recruitment Solutions placing fee earner candidates with member firms, Training courses for fee earners and support staff and the largest professional law lending library in the country as well as social and sporting events.
