Birmingham Future was established in 1993 to represent the employees under 35 years old within Birmingham Forward member firms. Its mission is to provide networking opportunities and develop the leadership skills of Birmingham's young professionals, and to promote the city as a thriving and dynamic international business centre.

Membership has now been extended to enable any of the city's young professionals within our service sector to join, not solely those in Birmingham Forward member firms.
