I wish to become a member of the Birmingham Trainee Solicitors' Society Limited ("the Company"). I understand my membership of the Company will commence today and will expire on the earliest of the following dates:- (1) one year from the date on which I pay this years' subscription; or (2) one year from the date on which I qualified as a solicitor .

I hereby agree to be bound by all of the conditions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company. I agree to send a cheque in the sum of £40.00 made payable to 'BTSS Limited', in payment of one years' subscription.

I undertake to contribute to the assets of the Company, in the event that it would be wound up whilst I am member or within one year after my membership ceases, and to the payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company as contracted during my membership and any such other amounts as may be required but not exceeding £1.
